Professional Background
I've been in-and-around the Minecraft community for well over 8 years. I started as a camp counsellor and map maker at a local Minecraft summer camp. I worked there for 4 years during which I gained a deep understanding of what young Minecraft players enjoy in the content they consume. From there I worked with the Feed the Beast map team for a year, developing their map for NVIDIA as a part of their RTX marketplace program along with other projects. From FTB I moved to Cubecraft where I spent a year as a behaviour designer and developer working with an uber-talented multinational team on multiple projects. Since then I've hopped across the marketplace working as everything from a gameplay designer to project producer. For the past year I've been working at Syclone Studios as their lead level designer and senior developer.
Experience
I've been a content Designer and Developer on the Minecraft marketplace for four years and a Designer and Administrator at a Minecraft summer camp for four years before that. During that time I've filled many roles, from the technical aspects of entity creation, to level layout design, and minigame development and design. Additionally, in a concurrent ongoing volunteer capacity, I've worked as an organiser and minigame designer at Love Tropics for six years.
